When you join the free self-hypnosis challenge or otherwise subscribe, I collect your first name (optional) and email address so I can send you the challenge and related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
2.2 Contact & bookings
If you email me or book a call, I receive your contact details and any information you choose to share, and use it to respond and prepare for our session.
2.3 Analytics
Like most websites, this Site collects limited, aggregated technical data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) to understand how it is used. This is not used to personally identify you.
3. How I Use Your Information
- To deliver the free challenge and any emails you signed up for
- To respond to your questions and arrange sessions
- To improve the Site using aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
