Hi, I’m Mariska.
Clinical hypnotherapist, living between Bali and the rest of the world — happiest in nature, on a yoga mat, or laughing with friends.
I work with people from all walks of life, on all kinds of challenges — money blocks, low self-esteem, fear of flying, attracting healthy relationships, improving sleep, making difficult life-changing decisions.
What I love most is watching the transformations people go through in this process. I’m just the guide. My clients do the real work, by connecting to the intelligence of their own subconscious mind — which holds all the answers.

A few of my loves
My story
Growing up, I had dreams. I wanted to dance, to see the world, to become someone. But early on, I was taught to stop chasing dreams. My self-confidence dropped, and slowly everything became heavier — until depression and addiction took hold of me.
Abusive relationships and a lack of self-love drove me almost to the point of no return. At rock bottom, I knew I had to do something. So I made a choice: I went to rehab and started to take back control of my life.
That’s when I began to study the subconscious mind. I became fascinated by our inner workings and the sheer power of our thoughts and beliefs. I learned hypnotherapy — and experienced life-changing results first-hand. I fell in love with hypnosis, and I decided to become a hypnotherapist.
So here I am, at your service — ready to guide you on your own inner journey, and to help you create the happy, free, and abundant life you dream of.

Happiness does not depend on your location.
How I trained
I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist (C.Hyp), trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy with Marisa Peer. I’m also a practitioner of Compassionate Inquiry, the approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté — a gentle, body-aware way of uncovering the unconscious dynamics that quietly run our lives, so we can finally be free of them.
I live between Bali and Ibiza, work with clients online all over the world, and hold sessions in both English and Dutch. Daily meditation is part of how I stay clear and grounded — I think of it as defragmenting my brain.
And to be honest with you: I’m positive most of the time, but not always. There are still days I want to crawl away. I’m not here as someone who floats above it all — I’m here as a fellow human who found a way through, and who would love to walk alongside you on yours.
